The Namawojjolo Church of Uganda Primary School is in the village Namawojjolo West, which is in the Nama sub-county of the Mukono District in Uganda. The school has 644 pupils, 343 girls and 301 boys. There are 14 teachers, 65 orphans and 5 children with special needs. Before the well the nearest source of water was a natural spring that someone had built a cement base around. This is known locally as a protected spring, and although it is much better than an unprotected spring, it was still nowhere near as good as an actual well.
